Relax and Restore
At Jess Yoga we strive to help you feel centered and grounded. What better way to do that than an hour of soft yoga and guided meditations to welcome a new week!
In the Sunday Restoration and Relaxation class yogis can expect approximately 15-20 minutes of gentle yoga poses to guide the body and breathe as one led by Jess. We will then build a comfortable nest of restorative poses using bolsters, blankets, pillows and any other items of comfort one feels will enhance their experience.
The last 30-40 minutes of class is breath work and guided meditation accompanied by gentle music and relaxation. A perfect class for the seasoned yoga student looking to slow down and enhance their practice. The beginner yoga student will love this class too by finding grounding and serenity in yoga while practicing the peaceful ease we offer in this gentle class.
